Once we have received your order we will send you a proof via email for approval. It is essential that you check every detail carefully. If amendments are required we will send a further proof for checking prior to printing.
Hard copy proofs, if required, can be sent for the cost of the invitation.
After proofs have been signed off we do not accept any responsibility for any errors, and any mistakes. Reprinting will be charged in full.
Please note that we endeavour to produce the colour of print that you require, but occasionally the colour changes according to the material it is printed onto. If the colour is crucial to your order, this must be clearly stated upon ordering.
The card we use is of the highest quality, but new batches ordered may occasionally vary slightly from our samples.
Delivery is usually within 10 days of approval of the final proofs. If the order is required earlier than this, we will do our best to meet the timescale you require.
Changes & Cancellations
We begin work on your order as soon as we receive payment in full with your instructions. Therefore, if you make changes to your initial order, we may have to make a charge for any work completed by that stage.
Payment is required in full prior to commencement of work.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card (not American Express) by telephoning 01952 670211 or visiting the office. We can accept cash payments at the office.
All card transactions will appear as 'Telford Reprographics Ltd'.
