Frequently Asked Questions

Here you should (hopefully) find all the answers you're looking for! If you're not sure about any of the below or need some more info, feel free to drop us an e-mail.

Can I customise my design?

All aspects of our standard designs are fully customisable. This includes wording, colours, fonts, and graphics. Click here for more info on our personalised design service.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

Short answer: 1! Being based at a digital printing company means we can print as few or as many as you like. Therefore; no batch buying or minimum order quantities required.

Can I supply my own card?

Provided the card is suitable for laser printers, this shouldn't be an issue. We do require a few test sheets so we can make sure we are able to print on it.

Can I supply my own artwork?

If you'd prefer to supply your own artwork, that's absolutely fine. We ask that where possible, all artwork is set up as a print ready PDF with crops and bleed. We can help you with this part too!

Do you offer matching envelopes?

We can offer a variety of coloured envelopes that can closely match your stationery, however as they are bespoke we do not carry them in stock and they will need to be ordered in.

At the current time, we do not offer printed designs on envelopes.

Can I order samples?

Yes! In fact, we recommend ordering a sample of your chosen design before you commit to the print. This way, you can truly get a feel for our high quality finish. You can order a sample pack here.

Will my design be the same throughout?

Unless otherwise specified, all of your stationery will have the same theme throughout.

When will I have my order?

Depending on when we have received your order, we will usually have it ready within 3-5 working days. Foiled stationery takes a little longer (up to 10 working days) due to the block making and setup process.

Do you deliver?

If you're not local to us, or are unable to collect for any reason, we can offer a next day courier service.

Can I book an appointment to discuss my stationery?

Of course! We are always happy to chat to you about your stationery. Let us know when you can pop in, and one of our designers will be available for you.

Can you copy another design I've seen?

We won't "copy" a design as such due to copyright infringement policies, but we will be able to create something bespoke that is as close as possible to what you need.

Are you open on Saturdays?

Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.15pm and we are closed on bank holidays.

We do like to help people out in a pinch, so if you need assistance out of hours, please let us know.
